The following Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Singh Leads ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully.
1. No Guarantee of Results
Singh Leads provides lead generation services aimed at delivering qualified leads based on the criteria agreed upon with the Client. However, we do not guarantee specific results, such as sales, conversions, or customer engagement from the leads provided. The effectiveness of the leads depends on various factors, including the Client's follow-up processes and marketing strategies. As such, no refunds will be issued based solely on the performance or conversion of leads.
2. Lead Quality Disputes
If the Client believes that the leads provided do not meet the agreed-upon criteria or are invalid, the Client must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the leads. Upon verification of the issue, Singh Leads may choose to replace invalid leads or offer a partial credit at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided, except in cases where replacement leads or credits are not possible.
3. No Refunds for Services Rendered
Once services have been rendered and leads have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all lead generation services provided, including any upfront payments or retainer fees.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your lead generation service, you must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle. Any services already provided before the cancellation notice will be billed, and no refunds will be issued for work completed.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Singh Leads to resolve the issue may result in the suspension of services and further legal action. We encourage clients to contact us directly with any concerns regarding payments or lead quality before considering a chargeback.
6. Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional cases, Singh Leads may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion. Any such refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be limited to the amount paid for the services in dispute. Refunds will not exceed the total amount paid to Singh Leads for the specific lead generation service in question.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
Singh Leads reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately. It is the Client’s responsibility to review this policy periodically.

Refund Policy
At Singh Leads ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide high-quality lead generation services that meet our clients' needs. However, due to the nature of our services, certain conditions apply to refunds and cancellations.
Please read the following policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. No Guarantee of Results
Singh Leads delivers leads based on the specifications and criteria agreed upon with the client. While we aim to provide accurate and relevant leads, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased sales or conversions, as these depend on various factors beyond our control. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on the performance of the leads provided.
2. Lead Quality Disputes
If you believe that the leads provided do not meet the agreed-upon criteria or contain invalid or incorrect information, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the leads. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, provide replacements for the invalid leads. Refunds are not typically issued for lead quality disputes, but we will make every effort to resolve issues through lead replacement or credit, if appropriate.
3. Cancellations

Monthly Service Agreements: If you wish to cancel a recurring monthly service, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Services already rendered will be billed, and no refunds will be issued for any work completed prior to the cancellation request.

Custom or One-Time Services: Custom lead generation projects or one-time services are non-refundable once the project has commenced, as resources are allocated based on the specific requirements of each project.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, but only under the following conditions:

The Client has paid for services that have not yet been rendered or leads that have not yet been delivered.

The issue reported by the Client cannot be resolved through lead replacement or other remedial actions.
Any approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage our clients to communicate directly with us regarding any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Unresolved chargebacks may lead to the suspension or termination of services and possible legal action to recover unpaid fees.
6. Discretionary Refunds
In rare cases, Singh Leads may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Any refunds provided will not exceed the amount the Client has paid for the specific service in dispute. This applies to situations where lead generation services have been delivered but cannot be completed due to factors outside of Soc Leads' control.
7. Changes to the Refund Policy
Singh Leads reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Clients are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.
